We enjoyed it during our real good stay. Friendly check-in, just what we needed. Location was unbeatable for exploring this very convenient area, close enough to the sea, the beach.

This hotel is a luxurious venue with exclusive amenities and breathtaking views. We enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool, the beach access, and the sun loungers. the restaurant had delicious food, great drinks, and attentive service. the spa centre was also very pleasant with a sauna, steam room, and massage facilities. the location was ideal, close to the main town, and with easy access to a countryside tour.

this did not affect our overall experience at the hotel.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at a hotel in Dubrovnik. The views of the sea were stunning, especially from the spacious rooms with a balcony. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short and scenic walk to the old town. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the staff were attentive. Despite a few minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for its breathtaking location.

Felt very at home, nothing was too much trouble

We had a marvelous stay at Belleview in Dubrovnik. The newly refurbished hotel was stunning and the staff were amazing. The superior room overlooking the private beach was the nicest we've ever stayed in. The breakfast was great and the restaurant staff, especially Robert, were brilliant. We felt truly pampered and cannot thank the staff enough for their exceptional service. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the standard room not being as luxurious as expected, and the beach being accessible to non-guests, we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful vacation experience.

The location was great, with a short walk to the old town and stunning views of the sea. the breakfast had a good variety of options and the terrace where it was served had beautiful scenery. the access to the beach area with sunbeds and a cafe was a real bonus.

The dinner at the hotel's restaurant was a disappointment. the dishes were not well-executed, with strange combinations that didn't work.

the beach access was exclusive, and the private sun terrace was simply breathtaking. the Spa & wellness centre was one of the best I've ever been to, with swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, and massage services. the indoor swimming pool was warm and the Jacuzzi was a relaxing experience. the bar/lounge area had live music at night, and the breakfast served daily was a buffet with a vast array of local and international foods. Great service in an amazing location.

As for the negative aspects, my only concern was that the sun loungers only had access to sunlight at certain times of the day, though this was merely a minor inconvenience. this venue was an exclusive and luxurious experience that anyone would enjoy.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were gorgeous, immaculate, and extremely comfortable. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The location down the hill to the old town was perfect, as it was in close walking proximity to the Old Town walls and situated on a beautiful bay. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were friendly and attentive.
